It’s important to the whole family to have times to let loose & have fun & exercise.

There need to be modifications so that the person with the disability can fully participate in a sport or activity.

Here are some possibilities that we recommend.

  • Achieve Martial Arts (Fairfield, NJ). Empowering people through martial arts & inspiring stories. Run by our friend Francesco Salemi, who has a strong interest & calling to help people like JP with special needs. DDD approved fitness inclusion group classes.
